## **Notice**
Owners of private properties are hereby informed that trees standing in a dangerous condition on their premises may fall during the monsoon season, posing a risk to the lives and property of others.
Therefore, all property owners are required to prevent such hazards by cutting down, trimming, or removing these dangerous trees in advance, at their own expense and responsibility.
Please note that if such hazardous trees are not removed and any loss of life, injury, or damage to property occurs as a result, the owner of the tree shall be solely responsible in accordance with **Section 30(2)(vi) of the Disaster Management Act, 2005**.
This notice is issued for strict compliance and public safety.
